The best movies with dogs
Hey Dogsup friends!
Autumn is approaching rapidly, and one starts looking forward to snuggling up on the couch with their furry friend and a cup of tea to watch a good movie. In today's message, we thought we'd recommend our favorite films where dogs play a central role :).
A Dog’s Purpose
A family comedy directed by Lasse Hallström, which is about a dog trying to figure out the meaning of life over multiple lifetimes and with multiple owners.
Hachiko
Well, who doesn't love the story of the loyal dog Hachiko? The true story originates from Japan, but this film is set in the USA with Richard Gere in the lead role.
Eight Below
An adventure film set in Antarctica with Paul Walker in the lead role, which is about adventure, friendship, survival, and a group of tough Huskies.
The Secret Life of Pets
An animated film from 2016 that's about when the terrier Max's life is turned upside down after his owner adopts a new dog.
Lassie
There have probably been a dozen Lassie films released over the years. Our favorite is the 1994 film. Cozy, delightful, and nostalgic.
Isle of Dogs
Do you love Wes Anderson too? Then this is a film for you. A stop-motion film with a wonderful story about a boy searching for his lost dog.
Best regards,
